It’s been 3 months already, since the above news was reported.

The news published in April. However, according to the report, Jung Min was away from his former agency and started activities all by himself since last March. That’s to say, it’s been 4 months since Jung Min had problems with his former agency.

Jung Min had spent much time in checking out the company’s financial statements before he determined to take legal action. However, compared with the tough investigation, Jung Min must have had a long time on distressing about the matter. He must have experienced a hard time.

As fans of Jung Min’s, we protested and gave suggestions to the former agency CNR about its confusing strategies and senseless solutions to some matters. But the company remained unchanged.

Because of CNR’s planless business operations and verbal stipulations as always, the doubt that the company will collapse some time just comes into our minds so easily.

“When on earth can Jung Min’s contract be over?” If (Jung Min) feeling something wrong with it, isn’t he able to stop or just leave halfway?

If fans could have had such thoughts and doubts, Jung Min must have thought the same too. When reports on Jung Min’s lawsuit spread, we felt kind of relieved rather than worried about him.

At present, there’s been a complete pause in Jung Min’s activities in Korea, just because of the lawsuit. In Korea, Jung Min can neither get on the stage nor participate in variety shows.

In spite of this, Jung Min still kept saying that he would be trying every effort to prepare for his Korean album at the end of this year or early next year, when he was interviewed by a Japanese magazine recently. Such words are just like comforting his Korean fans that have been confused and depressed without knowing what he’s doing so long, giving them some hopes as soon as possible. That’s who Park Jung Min really is, the hardworking and cheerful one.

Anyways, the lawsuit has had no progress at all since the reports in last April.

There’s an expectation to end up this lawsuit while there’re actions of trying every way to delay it: Which option would Jung Min choose? What about the former agency CNR?

Somebody has been trying to stop and delay Jung Min’s activities in Korea, disenabling his work in Korea. The reason for that is to make Jung Min’s fans wait. And if fans wait for nothing with expectations to what they want, they would just leave in this way.

We can’t let this happen as CNR wish!

The reason why Jung Min was willing to take legal actions and get away from his former agency was just because of his love and trust in his fans.

I believe, as one of Jung Min’s fans like me, we just trust in Jung Min, just as the way that Jung Min trust in us.

I believe that other fans will not have different feelings, right?

Now, we’re writing this announcement just to give some little more strength to Jung Min, who’s been fighting all alone.

We all hope to see Jung Min’s bright sweet smile and his programs and stage performances in Korea as soon as possible…
