Park Jung Min, 'Romeo 2nd Contact' was opened successfully, "devilish charm was revealed"

Park Jung Min of SS501 has changed into 'Romeo' and took all the audiences' minds.

September 29 at 6 PM, in the showcase of 'Romeo 2nd Contact' which held in the Liquid Room in Tokyo, 777 fans were gathered and the concert opened successfully.

The Liquid Room is the representative live hall of Tokyo which held many concerts of famous artists like 'The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion' who is famous blues trio in USA, and 'Hot Chelle Rae' who got the new artist prize of AMA.

After the CNBLUE did, Park Jung Min who changed himself as a 'Romeo' the character of unidentified and unknown nationality is the first Korean artist who opened the concert in this hall.

'Romeo' is the person or the other non-person being who can't love because of no heart or having stopped heart. Romeo was planned to show more rough voice and charismatic feeling and expression than former Park Jung Min did.

This concert is the live stage which celebrate of Romeo's Japanese debut single 'Give Me Your Heart'

Including Japanese fans, so many fans who came from the other countries like Taiwan and Korea gave cheer to this concert, so we can realize the status of Park Jung Min again.

Staff of the Yamaha A&R, the Japanese agency of Park Jung Min, said "That was 1/5 scale of the concert that Park Jung Min used to held, so we have to allowed of ticketing to only buyer of his debut albums."

**"Forget the Park Jung Min"...cloudy dark fantasy 'Romeo' "got the audience's mind"**

Park Jung Min threw away his normal image which is sunny and playful, and revealed charismatic image. First of all, he met the audience with the video which include 'Romeo' who is different ego of Park Jung Min and representative of dark desire inside of Jung Min's subconsciousness.

And he came on the stage and sang 'Give Me Your Heart' as the first song of the concert.

He appeared as a dark fantasy 'Romeo' which looks like a character of the animation or game, and shown powerful performance and killer charisma, got cheers of fans.

With dancers, He shown wonderful dance performance with powerful live voice and ruled the stage. Fans are shaking their hands from left to right as following the melody, and shouting 'Romeo!' for cheering to him.

At the second stage, Park Jung Min who is in the black suit sat on the black couch, and sang 'Taste the fever' in low voice, made a really unique mood. The shout of audience is bigger and bigger because of the rhythmical melody and splendid performance.


**"Don't know anything If just listening the melody"...reversed charm, dark power 'shown up'**

In the next stage 'Hide and seek love', he started to sing with sitting on the couch. Revealed chicness in the all-black suit, expressed sad feeling with the sorrowful voice.

He realized the tragic reality that Romeo 'can't love' and expressed his sorrowful mind that can't do anything for the women who he loves through the lyrics like 'More cruel day by day, foolish play. Oh! No matter how I closed my mind, the memory suddenly took my mind'

He made his fans to feel heartbreaking through the expression of anguish and wander about 'Another me inside of me', and then he turn the mood through a little bit light song 'Dream out loud'.

'Even if the whole world is sunk in tears, I want to be the light again at tomorrow. With your breath, always I can fly' When he has shown a hopeful message with the lyrics, all the fans applauded and cheered.

But this light mood can't be long anymore. He sang the 'DEVIL' and shown up the dark power and made the audience to be fallen into the dark mood.

'I love you who is pure, but I can't spoil you by my devilish mind' With this song, he expressed a dark desire that is hidden inside of human being, and shown what the view of love of Romeo is.

And He has shown the 'Tonight's the night' which will be released on October 31, and left the stage.

Within just 5 minutes, audiences requested for an encore 'Romeo!', and he shown up on stage again and sang the 'Give Me Your Heart' and finally completed the showcase.

**Japanese lyrics, changed perfectly into 'Romeo'...Japanese medias are having curious about him too**

At this day, Park Jung Min has sang all of 7 songs(include encore song) in Japanese, expressed his passion and sincerity of the music.

His fluent ability of Japanese language gave the true impression and emotion to Japanese fans, and made someone who don't know about Japanese language to have more curiosity and imagination of the lyrics.

Okawa Ayumi(おがわ まゆみ, 50) who saw the showcase said "I think he prepared carefully all the thing of showcase, everything was perfect." and "That's really special stage that couldn't feel from the usual Park Jung Min. The unique charisma of Romeo was revealed successfully. I think the other fans cheered him too as a fan of Romeo not Park Jung Min."

Utsno Aiko(うつの あいこ, 48) said "Romeo didn't say any words except for singing." and "I think this character of Romeo is really charming. The bridge video which was released between the stages and introduced the name of each songs instead of his speaking, that gave more curiosity about the Romeo. I'm really expecting his various attractions which will be shown from now on."

Including the Korean medias, the live hall was crowded by Japanese medias. Ham Ji Yeon(40) the reporter of Korea Report Inc. said "He can sing, and he can dance too, that was really great stage which couldn't find any insufficiency." and "Park Jung Mn or the Romeo, I hope him to have a great activities constantly in Japan."

After complete the showcase, in the meeting with reporters, Park Jung Min said "Originally I like funny things and I'm a bright and positive person." and "I think inside of me, there's some part like Romeo. So I switched on to Romeo when I show up on stage."

and "I think Romeo is the character who doesn't have any limits" "I don't know what Korean fans' reaction to the Romeo will be, I'm thinking of releasing the single album as name of Park Jung Min on December 8 or 15 in this year, and start activity as Romeo in Korea on the early next year."

**Romeo will release the 2nd Single 'Tonight's the night' on October 31**

After complete the showcase successfully in this time, It was expected to go on the Park Jung Min's 'Taking Japanese fans' mind'. Especially 'Romeo' is receiving many attentions in Japan now because of participating of the best staffs of Japan.

The first single of Romeo 'Give Me Your Heart' which was released at September 5 is produced by Jeff Miyahara who has produced so many famous artists(Amuro Namie, V6, KAT-TUN, JUJU...etc) in Japan.

Jeff Miyahara said "I want to show up the other different and more artistic side of Park Jung Min through the Romeo." and "Created the new artist by mixing up three genres(Rock, Dance, Theater)."

And He said "I want to develop Romeo as an artist who had senses of Japan, Asia, and Worldwide." "Not only my own style, but also trying to get various style of Romeo's music by the work with song-writers of USA, Germany, Sweden, Taiwan and the other countries."

And the best creative director 'Danaka Noriyuki' who was image maker of top stars(Oguri Shun, Sawajiri Erika) and brands(Sony Erikson, Shiseido) is participating as a visual director of Romeo.

And Yukawa Reiko who has introduced concerts and albums of the BEATLES to Asia for the first time and still has an influence in the Japanese popular music, is known as the person who presented name of 'Romeo' to Jung Min.

The 2nd single of Romeo which will be released on October 31 is including the sound story which is musical motto of the Romeo, and at December 18, Romeo will open the first regular concert in City Hall of Tokyo Dome.
